You can either download the pdf files and read them with Acrobat Reader, or you can read the files directly on the web using Netscape or other web browsers (with Acrobat Reader plug-in). To read them on the web,
1. Find a directory (or folder) called "Web Browser Plug-in" in Adobe
Acrobat Reader directory.
2. In "Web Browser Plug-in" directory, find a file called "PDF Viewer" and
copy it to "plug-ins" directory of your web browser.
3. To make the plug-in functional, you need to quit the web browser (if
you are running it) and start it again.
4. Double click the links to pdf files on the web page. Your web browser
should be able to recognize the file format and start Acrobat Reader
automatically.
